DIRECTIONS FOR USE
USAGE PRECAUTIONS
Read all instructions before use. Only use clean tools and mixing containers. Additional water must not be added
to product that has started to cure. Only mix enough product to be used within 60 minutes. Never exceed the
recommended mixing ratios. Avoid using hot tools and water as this could accelerate curing. Do not dispose
unused product in drains. Do not apply to contaminated, under bound or damp surfaces. Contact our product

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Crack filler and surface repairs brick, plaster, concrete, fibre cement, gypsum boards and timber products.
Use a scraper to open up or widen cracks and to remove all loose or flaking material. Wash clean any surface
contaminates with Powafix Sugar Soap*.
Prime metal surfaces with Powafix Metal Primer*. Prime under bound surfaces with Powafix Solvent Bonding
liquid*.
Add 2 parts Multi Filla to 1 part clean water and mix thoroughly to a smooth uniform paste. Allow to stand for 5
minutes before use.
Once mixed Multi Filla remains workable for 60 – 90 minutes. Use a trowel or scraper to apply paste into cracks or
holes. Filling cracks deeper than 10mm in one application prolongs drying times.
Allow surface to dry for 15 20 minutes and smooth off surface with a trowel. Drying time is 2 3 hours when
applied up to 5mm thick.
Sand surface smooth with a medium grit sandpaper. Prime repaired surface with a Powafix Plaster Primer* prior to
painting.
Skimming Plaster Suitable for skimming surface imperfections on plaster, concrete, brick, gypsum board, timber
and fibre cement surfaces.
Use a scraper to remove all excess loose / flaking material, plaster clumps or high spots. Wash clean any surface
contaminates with Powafix Sugar Soap*.
Prime metal surfaces with Powafix Metal Primer*. Prime under bound surfaces with Powafix Solvent Bonding
liquid*.
Add 2 parts Multi Filla to 1 part water and mix thoroughly to a smooth uniform paste. Allow to stand for 5
minutes before use.
Once mixed, Multi Filla remains workable for 60 – 90 minutes. Ensure all tools are clean and undamaged.
Apply product to skimming trowel. Set the trowel to the surface at a slight angle of approximately 30°. Apply in
a thin coat by pulling the trowel in an upward motion towards your body. Spread rate is approximately 2m² / kg
when applied at 0.25mm thick.
Skimmed surface can be floated smooth 30 45 minutes after application. Any remaining surface imperfections
can be sanded smooth with 150 grit sandpaper 2 hours after application. Prime repaired surface with a Powafix
Plaster Primer* prior to painting.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Keep product upright and secure container when transporting. Store product in a cool, damp free place out of
reach of children. Once product has been opened seal zip lock to prolong shelf life. Do not eat, drink or smoke
when using product. Discard product 18 months after batch date (batch number on packaging). For disposal

Read all instructions before use. This product contains cement which is a potential hazard to the eyes, skin and
respiratory tracks. Use product in well ventilated areas. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a secure location.
Do not eat, drink or smoke when using product. If medical advice is needed, have product packaging at hand.
Use personal protection as required. Wear protective gloves. Wear eye protection. Wear a dust mask. Avoid
inhalation of dust.
IF IN EYES Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do.
Seek medical attention if symptoms persist.
IF INHALED Remove victim to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing. Seek medical
attention if symptoms persist.
IF ON SKIN Take off immediately all contaminated clothing and wash before reuse. Wash skin with soapy water.
